How we Get started
The initial meeting is free of charge to discuss options and investigate the best possible service we can provide in both value and efficiency.
Flexibility to suit
We are flexible! We work how you want us too. Once a scope of services is figured out, we can spend time working and learning your systems so no changes to your current office structures is required. Just like if you employed a new staff member. If requested, we can also help set up an estimating procedure to be followed for employees and ourselves for all tendered work. Process is key when it comes to estimating.
Working together
Once we are going you simply send through your take-off and or quote requests, we agree on a price and approximate time frame then complete measurements and or provide the cost estimate for said project. From this point we set up a time for review, this can be a 10minute process, or days if required for large scale projects for larger projects we prefer to a face to face review at your office. For smaller jobs a simple screen sharing program is used where you can log in, see our computer screen and discuss the measurements and or estimates and sign off on approval that you the client are happy.
Services beyond Estimates
We can conclude services here or further assist in submissions as required.
Some larger scale works may require extra works such as tender returnable documents, site meetings. Pre award negotiations, Pre-construction budgets/handovers/programming and post construction reviews. We are happy to provide any of these services as required.
